The 2n-p series of fractions of 2n designs are of great interest to experimenters and have been widely discussed by statisticians since in many situations not all main effects and interactions are equally important. When experimentation is expensive and the budget is restricted, some effects are not allowed to be estimated for the purpose of the implementation of experiment. In this circumstance, fractional replicates are of practical values as they can save the time and the cost of investigation. The purpose of this paper is to further investigate three quarter fractional factorial designs. We introduce new optimality criteria to compare designs, propose a construction method to systematically identify estimable effects, and provide a list of three quarter fractional factorial designs for practical use.
