In this thesis, I organized my work into four chapters. The rst chapter is related to medical imaging data produced by Optical Intrinsic Signal. The second chapter is the proposed normalization methods for analyzing the cDNA microarray data. The third chapter describes the construction of the website for the analysis method, Liquid Association Pair. Finally, the last chapter is to apply LAP on drug sensitivity data and gene expression data. This part of analysis uses the web tools described in the previous chapter and extends the method on different type of data.
